Queen Custom Couture is a full-service specialty store. We have been servicing the Prom, Pageant and young evening wear customer for many years; so we know how important your purchase is to you and we do everything possible to serve you. This includes discussing your purchase in detail before we process online orders.
It is extremely important that you review your online order carefully. Make sure you have referred to the manufacturer's size chart for the particular item you are purchasing and that you have followed the measuring instructions carefully.
When you submit your online order; it will be very helpful to us if you include your actual Bust - Waist - Hip measurements. Any other details that you can provide, such as your height or other measurements that you believe would be helpful, is appreciated. All of this information can be added in the Comment box in the online order form.
The item(s) you purchase on our website will be special ordered just for you from the manufacturer, therefore we are unable to accept returns on any online purchases.
We work very closely with you to do everything possible to make sure that there will not be any problems with your purchase.
In our store, Queen Custom Couture accepts cash, personal checks with proper ID, MasterCard, Visa and Discover for payment. MasterCard, Visa and Discover payments are accepted for online orders. Payment is expected in full at the time your dress is purchase or your dress order is placed.
Checks returned for non-payment are subject to a returned check fee. Please call or visit the store for details.
Queen Custom Couture has a Layaway Program available with 25% down and up to 4 payments and 4 months to pay off the purchase price. Please call or visit the store for additional details.
There are no returns or exchanges on items purchased or placed on layaway at Queen Custom Couture.
